question about odd for this soccer match

Could someone please explain me this odd? I mean if it is PICK, why the odd is difference between 'spread' and 'money line'?

From my best guess, if I picked Mexico (ML) and if the game is draw, I lose money while I would be even if I picked Mexico (spread). Someone please clarify.
