Its time for a change at ND. This program is nowhere near where they were back in the 90s when Holtz was there. In all honesty, their stringent academic requirements will handcuff and coach that is there.

They really need to think about joining a conference, most notably the Big East. Yes I know most say Big 11 but they are in the Big East in every other sport, might as well go full out.

I know this will never happen, but its the smart thing to do from a football perspective.
