During our ongoing investigation of Jazz Sportsbook and Casino and their troubles we have found out BetOnline Fired 50 More Employees Last week which can't be seen as a good sign.

Not a good sign, but what is their staff size prior to this layoff ?

Isnt it common for books to let go of clerks/salespeople prior to the beginning of the slow season and ramp back up right before football ?

Hell, if I remember right LazerWager kept most of their staff right up until the end..they just never paid them, gave bs promises. People quit because they werent paid in weeks.

This was not a layoff for slow season... they are not big enough to employ 200 clerks during football season... Usually they don't fire them.. they tell them to take a couple months off and come back in football... these people were Canned

betonline used to always send me free stuff for march madness and football season. last august they sent me a football yearbook for college and pro,it was a useful tool. a week or two ago they called me and asked if i would deposit for football season, i told them i was thinking about it even though i wasnt, asked if i would receive the yearbook for 2010, and was told yes. football season is here and still no yearbook. just goes to show how the new owners are already being cheap and greedy.
