I was thinking Mack Brown
he did an amazing job at NC and his record at Texas is unbelievable
Simply a great coach who doesn't get much pub for the way he runs
things with class
I almost Put Mac Brown in ahead of Saban.... but he has won big everywhere ... Meyer has.... Johnson what he did at GA Southern and then Navy and now GT is unreal.... Navy and Tech two very tough schools to recruit at.....
I have always been a Mac Brown fan since he was at UNC..... He is a classy guy who does not cheat and wins with class....He gets a lot of heat for no reason

That 97 (???) defv with Bly and company may have been the best I ever saw
1/2 of the plays run against them were for zero or negative yards
I think it was Blye at corner ... maybe Mays at LB and don't recall the DE but I think they had 3 1st AAs ...
Dre Bly, Julias Peppers and a few others... that Defense was unfucking real
