I seen this on CNN yesterday morning and I thought he was bluffing, but I recall back in the day when working out in the Corp. Physical training and a high protein diet I could throw down serious calories, but my metabolism was so good that it was like a snack eating to Wendy's doubles. I worked with a recruiter for a few months and he was a body builder, taught me a lot. We sat many days together and ate like fat hogs, but never gained a pound while training hard.
