I played my HS ball in the state of New Jersey

as a Sr in HS I recorded the 5th longest Discus throw ever for a High School athlete

I played in the Big 10

I started all 4 yrs in college at rb

I had over 1200 carries in my college career

The most rushing yards I had in a season occurred as a freshman

I won MVP awards Two Times in one of the Great New Years Bowl Games

I have a connection with folks like OJ Simpson and Tony Dorsett

My Jersey number was retired by my University

I was selected 11th overall in the NFL Draft

My rookie season was referred to as "Thunder and Lightening"
