Nationwide series clamps down on Toyota motors

They are going to require a new carb. spacer that will knock off about 16 horsepower from the Toyota motors. Effective Immediately! I think it's a good move. For 1 manufacturer to win 14 of 21 races is too much. They need to level the playing field, in my opinion. Good job Nascar!

It will be interesting to see how this plays out for the rest of the season. Will Toyota continue to dominate? Maybe, but I doubt it. Carl Edwards has run better since adding a new crew, Drew Blickensdorfer. They won last week at Gateway and I see them hooking up for a couple more wins this year. I also see Brad Keselowski getting at least 1 more win. He's been running strong every week.

Be careful betting the Nationwide and Truck series this week. A lot of crashes and crazy stuff on short tracks like Indy Raceway Park. Should be a good time to bet 10/1 or better drivers. Good Luck!!!

They actually changed IRP to O'Reilly Raceway Park in 2007, I do believe.
One things for sure, there will be some bumpin and bangin on this .686 mile oval.
