Hi all,

I've been posting my football picks (real football, that is! :D) at The RX for a few years as some of you might know - also at a previous TFZ-site. (Peep's) I'll give it a go here too. Seems like a great group of people here.

All picks are for one unit unless otherwise stated. (The vast majority of my picks are 1 unit plays)

Olympique Marseille refuse to send stars to Paris Saint German. Several books have taken this match off the board a long time ago - but I guess the soccer folks at Trojan are m.i.a. Trojan are more than 0.25 goals off compared to the Asian market!! Thanks Mike!

Still, I only put 1 unit on PSG for record purposes - you never know with the french and their media stunts. One thing is for sure though and that's hooligan riots in the French capital tomorrow. Ah, springtime in Paris! :D

I'm sure you're aware of this but my play is Valencia -0.5 not -0.75.

A 0.25 goal difference equals at least a couple of points difference had it been a basketball game.

Anyway, good to have you on the same side as me!

i played val -.5 and -1, i capped football at the RX for a for a while was very good....follow Serie A very closly as i have 2 cousins that play in the italian league (both in serie B)....i also played Div I for 3 years, so i know the game well.

I'm looking forward to some Serie A picks then! :D Not my favourite league neither to cap nor watch but I'd appreciate your input.

Do you still play soccer? I play in a small club myself (Lokomotiv Aarhus)- not likely you'll be able to find the games at Pinnacle though - we're currently only in Serie 5 which is the 10th best league in Denmark. :D

i havent played in a few years....i've been putting off reconstruction surgery of BOTH knees since college. I also wrestled in college, which is the reason i was there in the first place....already had 2 reconstructions and 4 scopes. retore my acl in my left and still have a partial tear in my right acl, and mcl. So needless to say i pretty much limp around, cant even play a pick up game of hoops.......but i have a good "Doc" that gives me plenty of pain meds :wink:
i'll start posting my pitch action after hoops is over....
till then i'll be following you....

This way of betting is called Asian Handicap but is quite similar to the way you bet in America.

-0.25 or -1/4 is the same as "pk and -0.5"
Half your bet is on the pk line and half is on a -0.5 line.

-0.75 or -3/4 is the same as "-0.5 and -1"
Half your bet is on the -0.5 line and half is on the -1 line.


Get it now? :D
