Rashaad Evans vs. Sean Salmon - Not real sure about this one. I don't know much about Salmon. His record is 9 and 1 with his only loss coming to David Heath. All but one of his victories were stoppages with a mix of submissions and KO's. Other than Heath, I haven't heard of any of the fighters he has faced. Evans, on the other hand, is undefeated with only one stoppage. Both fighters are collegiate wrestlers. Salmon is from Ohio and Evans said "I have never lost to an Ohio State wrestler and I don't see it happening now." Here is my breakdown

Wrestling - hard to tell without seeing Salmon fight but I will say Evans

Stand up - again, hard to tell but I know evans has great boxing skills and I believe he has a reach advantage in this one. Evans

Ground and pound - Salmon and Evans both have one KO coming from GnP. Even

Submissions - with 6 submission victories, I have to give this one to Salmon

I am going to go with Evans on this one but be careful where you put your money. Keep in mind that this fight will most likely go to the ground and if it does, Salmon will be looking for a sub. Haven't seen much sub defense from Evans.

Heath Herring vs. Jake O'Brien - Heath Herring all the way

Hermes Franca vs. Spencer Fisher - This fight is for a Lightweight title shot. I would go with Franca. He can take a beating and bouce back from the brink of defeat to take the win.

Nate Marquardt vs. Dean Lister - Lister has a chance but I think Marquardt is just too experienced. Marquardt takes the win

Chad Reiner vs. Josh Burkman - no pick

Chris Price vs. Ed Herman - Chris Price, Semper Fi

Din Thomas vs. Clay Guida - With both fighters, losses have come from excellent fighters. Sub victory for Guida

Ross Pointon vs Rich Clemente - Clemente

well Evans kicked salmon right in the face in the beginning of the second knocking him right out. I told quiney that Salmon was going to be taken out by a big leg kick. You could see Evans waiting on it.

Will be very interested in seeing who he will fight next
