I got to Trust Torre Knows more than the Average Bear...
1.) Kershaw
2.) Padilla
3.) Kuroda
4.) Wolf
Interesting choices made by Torre, essentially a rookie in game one, his most consistent pitcher in game four, the pitcher who was most impressive vs. Boston in game two, and a pitcher with injury concerns in game three. Billingsley his number one at the start of the season is in the pen.

I thought Wolf was pitching the first game. Where did you here this?
Two left-handers in the rotation, the emergence of Game 1 starter Clayton Kershaw, three key lefties in the bullpen, general manager Ned Colletti's July 30 addition of George Sherrill ... no question, the '09 Dodgers have a vastly different and more dangerous look than last October.
Don't think I like this. Game one at home is a must. Kid's kinda young for this.
Am i the only one who thinks Vincente Padilla doesnt belong in a starting rotation. I know he pitched well against STL in game 3, but that team was defeated after the Holliday drop the day before.
That being said, Covers has Pedro going for Philly in game 2 and i disagree with this one. I would rather have Happ or Blanton tossing against Padilla as i think either of them can beat him.
Anybody think its crazy that the NL series starts on Thurs and AL on Friday. I mean the AL wrapped up first with two sweeps. If NL started on Friday, Lee would be available in game 2 without short rest. Makes no sense to me..whatsoever
I agree... he pitched well today but he is so damn up and down I don't see how you can start him
