An Observation and a Play For Saturday 9-18

It's a know fact for years that when Pedro Martinez went over a 100 pitches during a game his performance suffered. Just ask Grady Little about that. My Hat's off to him for coming back this strong I for one didn't think that was possible. Getting back to the purpose of this thread is that Pedro's last start he threw 130 pitches and the start before that he threw 119. to add to that it's also something I look at and have had success with is if a pitcher throws more then 233 pitches in his last two starts I look to go against him. Of course I take other factors into consideration but that's a starting point. I believe Pedro is going to get hit and hit often tonight.

I just can't for some reason lay -159 in this game with Atlanta over the world champs who have won 6 in a row. Just so you know it's just an observation and not a play.
