I don't watch either, but I think there can be some good angles.....Do you cap your own games or do you do systems as well?

I am starting to do NHL this year but am still trying to figure out relevant information to pay attention to when capping game besides goalie matchups.

Hockey is just never been big in the South man... The IHL Gwinnett Gladiators sell out all the time and so do the Thrashers but that is just because they are in a City of 5 million people... outside ATL people don't know anything about Hockey... I would rather go NBA and NCAA Hoops games

my playes are based mostly on line value, picking spots, and some handicapping....

I do shop extensively for the best line which is important to grind out a profit over the long haul.

I would love to understand Hockey betting...

I made a mistake, the Under 5.5 for montreal was for the full game, not 60 minutes. The +0.5 or -0.5 prop is for 60 minute betting only, it does not include overtime or shoot out. So basicially if it is tied after 60 minutes... you win if you have +0.5 or lose if you have -0.5. Overtime and shoot out are ignored.

most books do not have this, but 5dimes, pinny do, Betcris also has 3 way betting (like Soccer) which can be similar to taking -0.5 (60 minutes)
