    Default british open plays

I like Hunter Mahan -115 over Anthony Kim. Both players have done really well this season, especially Kim, but Mahan will fare better than Kim this week because there are few on tour as good as Hunter is from tee to green. In my opinion, this is an extremely solid play even as hot as Anthony Kim has been as of late. Also, Kim has a tendency to get flustered at times and The Open is no place for emotion like that. He may avoid it if he plays well, but a couple of bad holes would spell trouble for Kim.

I also like Verplank over Z. Johnson at -125 enough that I'm playing it but not as much as the other.

My golfers are not off to a good start by any standards. Been traveling all day coming home from Orlando so I don't know what happened but they're going to need to have good days tomorrow just to make the cut.

Mother Nature was the winner today. Especially to the guys that had the early tee times Thursday morning.

Weather calling for a 60% chance of rain and 20 mph winds on Friday.

Cross my fingers and hope for the best.

thought i had the garcia bet. 5 stroke lead, 9 holes left, but 4 bogeys and 2 double bogeys killed that. i guess i'll just stick with baseball.

It looks to be over and I hope some of you made a little coin. I was hoping Norman would hang on for the win.
