about 215 lbs ... great burst and just a great kid with one hellva story

Jeff Brinson will go for at least 1200 plus yards ....

His story is amazing....

the kid came from a very poor background ... worked to help his Mom pay bills
and Iowa offered early ..... they have a great staff of really solid guys ....

Florida came after him late and he was quoted that "My mom told my word was
the one thing that will give me pride .... I am a Hawkeye ..."

He is simply a great young man and when Hampton went down I was told he
told Jewel: "come back and kick my ass and make me sit on the bench as you are
still the man ..."

He is just pure class and the Hawks have another gem running back .....

Hampton did not need surgery as first feared and should be ready to go by
Opening day ....

Great combo Iowa has with Hampton/ Brinson and Brandon Weghner is an
absolute freak wanted by Nebraska, Auburn and others that Ferentz landed

Iowa is loaded .... they are stacked and another New Years game is on the agenda
