Today is the worst I have hurt during any of this.... I walked yesterday around Walgreens for 30 minutes (supposed to walk 30 minutes a day til Wednesday then bump it up to a hour) and I am hurting.... Not sore... this is bad pain, but I have to remember I was not totally healed from my last surgery and now this on top of it.... I can't do anything without pain today...
