    If the dealer is good and entertaining you should tip a few bucks an hour. At the live poker tables, tipping the dealer $1/pot is fairly commonplace...personally i think thats a bit excessive...because they get close to 30 hands/hr in. If everyone at a blackjack table would tip a few bucks an hour regardless of their win/loss record (giving the dealer ~$20/hr), the dealer would probably faint.
