    Default Questions about online poker

i have NEVER played. i used to go to AC & Vegas ALOT & bet BJ, counted cards & did really well. Not only made $ but also got it so I was always comped.

anyway, with the new laws in the US, do you guys still play poker online & if so where is a reliable place. Is there a good place to play for free to get the basics down?

    Thanks in advance.

the best part about online poker is you can get up and leave at anytime...you click exit the $$$ is in your pocket.
There are some people that apply the hit and run to tables...buy in for a small amount try to double or triple up quickly and leave the table.

    Hi

Right now there are more than 200 Internet poker rooms. The largest Internet poker room has over 50,000 people playing at the same time during peak playing hours. Just do an Internet search for poker or take a look at some of the online poker-related sites, and you will quickly find many places to play and thousands upon thousands of pages of information.

The following games, and others, are readily available online:
    • Texas Hold'em
    • Omaha/8
    • Omaha High
    • Seven-Card Stud
    • Pineapple
    • Razz
    • Five-Card Draw
    • Triple Draw
    Thanks
    Have a nice time

Greetings! I think gambling has grown considerably. In particular heracasino.com game with friends! Many people prefer playing online because online there is a lot more offers than when in a local casino.

Texas Holdem poker is by far the best game for a beginner to learn. Other poker games like Omaha or 7 card stud need a higher understanding of calculating odds and card counting. Texas Holdem can be learned in a few minutes and you can be playing fairly well with a few hours of practice. But in order to order to learn the game you must play and you must play fairly often.

FullTilt and PokerStars are the best online poker site to play at! The only thing i like at online poker is whenever i win, i can leave the table and go to the next table and in various buy in! lol I can manage well the money i earned playing at online poker than playing in some home games.
