BetJamaica.com is sponsoring a $1,000 NBA Monthly contest for the members of TFZ1.com. To be eligible for the contest you must have a funded BetJamaica.com account. If you already have a funded BetJamaica.com account you are already eligable to participate. If you do not have an account, you MUST use the follwing link to open an account.

Once you open your new account, you must deposit a minimum of $50 before the contest begins. That $50 will be credited to your account to use in anyway you wish.Once your initial deposit has been made you are now eligible to participate in each of the NBA $1,000 Monthly contests that BetJamaica.com sponsors (we will be running contests thru the playoffs!!!!)

IMPORTANT!!!!! All participants must EMAIL their Betjamaica.com account numbers to: Micelli26@hotmail.com Please include "BetJamaica Acct#" in your subject line


Contest Rules:

-Contest will BEGIN ON Friday, February 1st and CONCLUDE ON Friday, February 28th (4 consecutive weeks)

-20 picks per week. If you post more than 20 plays, all plays after the 20th play will be graded as no action. If you make less than 20 picks, all remaining plays will be grading as a loss.

-Maximum of 5 plays per day. Game Sides and Totals only, NO MONEYLINES, NO QUARTERS, NO HALFS, NO PROPS, NO FUTURES

-You must post all your plays in ONE post on a daily basis (simply means you can not post a play on monday, then come back and post another play for monday.

-All Pushes will be graded as a LOSS!!!

-Most wins for the month, WINS!

-Tie-breaker will be determined by the number of posts you have (mods excluded). The member with the higher post-count will win the tie-breaker. If a moderator is in a tie, the board will choose 2 games in which both the side and total must be played. Whoever has the most wins, will win the tie-breaker.

-All plays must be posted by the FIRST GAME POSTED IN THE DAILY LINE THREAD. NBA games can begin as early as 1pm during the week. SO, Monday-Fridays we will ONLY BE PLAYING THE GAMES THAT START AT 7pm EST AND LATER. It would be better for the contest because not everyone is able to access a computer durung the daytime and participants may not be aware that there is a game with an early tip time. SATURDAYS AND SUNDAYS ALL PLAYS MUST BE POSTED BY THE FIRST GAME, REGUARDLESS OF THE TIP-OFF TIME!

-So to break it down:
Mondays THRU Fridays all plays must posted by 7pm EST, GAMES BEFORE 7PM EST TIP-OFF CAN NOT BE USED FOR THE CONTEST
Saturday's and Sunday's all plays muct be posted by tip-off of the first game on the card.

-THERE IS NO EDITING OF THREADS, IF THERE IS AN EDITED THREAD, ALL PLAYS IN THAT THREAD WILL COUNT AS A LOSS!!!!

-Lines can be posted by ANYONE, simply go to the BetJamaica.com website and copy/paste the lines. Please include the date in the subject line. Lines can be posted anytime AFTER 11AM EST. When lines are posted Monday-Friday, DO NOT INCLUDE any games with a tip time PRIOR to 7PM EST

-Everyone will use the same lines....Please copy/paste the rotation number, team and line into your thread

No....Once the lines are posted, everyone will use the same line

No, what would it matter....The winner is determined by the MOST WINS, Losses do not factor into this at all...Tie breaker is # of posts.

tie breaker is numer of posts? Posts that week or overall posts? with only 20 picks there will be lots of ties lots of 12 and 13s ... Thats a huge advantage to the long timers on a tiebreaker...! how about first to post pikcs on the last day wins the tiebreaker?

Trytry...yes, # of overall lifetime posts will win the tie-breaker. And yes, there is an advantage to those lifers here, I see absolutely nothing wrong with that. If people don't like it I guess they can post more. Let's just say its a thjank you to those who post here on a daily basis. Aslo,this is a monthly contest so there will be a total of 80 plays when the month is over, not 20.

I'm still confused about which lines we are using - do you mean that once someone posts them here that is what everyone plays off of? What if several people post the lines and they have moved?
